Stathis Orphanos was a noted photographer and half of the publishing duo Sylvester and Orphanos. Signed in felt pen later in life with his shakes quite evident. First edition, 224pp. Grey paper over board backed in beige cloth blue and red-stamped lettering, red topstain, yellow endpapers with blue illustrated map of his stops in America, b/w illustrations by Virginia Caldwell to the beginning of each chapter. Edges a bit toned, hinge starting, otherwise clean and sharp. Dust jacket has some shelfwear and a small green stain to the rear cover, front flap clipped. VERY GOOD / Very Good. Item #507855
