LETTERED COPY of an edition limited to 330 copies of which three hundred are numbered, 26 lettered, and 4 bearing the name of a recipient. Letterpress printed by Grant Dahlstrom at the Castle Press in Walbaum type on Arches Mouldmade paper with illustrations by the author. As with all S&O editions following Isherwood and Oates, the slipcases were hand-made by Ralph Sylvester and many copies never received one. Story first appeared in the November 1979 issue of Esquire.
