Nicely rebound in heather grey cloth, backed in brown calf with six raised bands over seven gilt-ruled panels, gilt titled and ruled red morocco label, fresh endpapers, red-spotted edges, untrimmed. Lacking general title, which would have stated 'Works of Thomas Goodwin, Sometime President of Magdalen College in Oxford.' All three individual titles present. Some occasional writing from an early owner, some dog-eared pages and occasional staining to edges, otherwise sound and square. New binding is Fine. ESTC R3084. VERY GOOD. Item #1735
